The difference that shows up on a slow Tuesday

Your POS lender takes a cut of every sale. We don’t.

Toast Capital, Square Loans, DoorDash Capital and Clover Capital repay by holding back a percentage of card sales at the terminal — the money is gone before it reaches your bank. At a 15% holdback, a $1,000 Tuesday sends $150 to the funder. Industry net margin is 3% to 5%.

Prepline is a fixed daily or weekly ACH out of your operating account. You keep every dollar of every sale, you know the exact number before you sign, and your cash register business counts toward what you qualify for — because we underwrite deposits, not card volume.

  • No POS split funding, no holdback percentage, no lockbox
  • Cash deposits counted toward your approval
  • Works with any POS — Toast, Square, Clover, Aloha, Micros, or none
  • Bars, nightclubs, hookah lounges and 100%-alcohol venues approved

A $1,000 day, two ways

POS holdback at 15%$150 taken at the terminal
Your net margin at 4%$40 of actual profit
Prepline fixed daily ACHA number you set at signing

A percentage holdback doesn’t shrink when your week does — your rent, your distributor and your payroll don’t either. A fixed debit is a number you can put on a schedule and plan a February around. If the payment stops working, you call us and we re-term it.

Four minutes. Three bank statements. No credit impact to apply.

How it works

Four minutes to apply. Twenty-four hours to fund.

1

Send us four minutes and three statements

Name, EIN, monthly revenue, what the money is for, and your three most recent months of business bank statements. Four if you’re seasonal. No tax returns under $500,000.

2

A human underwriter reads your file

Every file is read by an underwriter, not a score. We look at average daily balance, deposit count, NSF pattern and your slowest month — not just the top-line number. Offer in about four business hours during the week.

3

Sign two pages and get funded

You see the amount, the payback, the payment and the schedule before you sign anything. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day; otherwise next business day.

Why Prepline

Built by people who read a restaurant P&L.

Your slow month isn’t a red flag to us.

Most underwriting models punish a January that runs 30% under August. We read seasonality as seasonality. If you’re seasonal, send four months of statements instead of three and we’ll structure the payment against your floor, not your average.

We fund the cash side of your business.

A neighborhood bar or pizzeria can run 20–40% of volume in cash. Processor-based lenders cannot see a dollar of it. We underwrite bank deposits, so it counts toward what you qualify for.

Re-term it instead of stacking it.

If the payment stops working, call us before you take a second position somewhere else. We’d rather restructure a live file than watch an operator end up on four advances. That conversation costs you nothing.

A two-page contract you can actually read.

Amount, payback, payment, schedule, prepayment discount. Two pages. If something in it isn’t clear, ask on the phone and we’ll walk the line with you.

Straight answers

Questions restaurant owners actually ask.

Can I get restaurant funding with bad credit?

Yes. Prepline Capital has no minimum credit score for working capital advances, equipment financing, or invoice factoring. We underwrite your business bank statements — deposit volume, average daily balance, NSF pattern, and month-to-month consistency. A line of credit needs 600+, a term loan 650+, and an SBA loan 680+.

How much can a restaurant borrow?

Prepline Capital funds $10,000 to $2,000,000 in working capital and equipment financing, and up to $5,000,000 on term loans, SBA 7(a), and factoring facilities. Working capital approvals generally land between 75% and 150% of one month’s bank deposits.

How fast can a restaurant get funded?

About four business hours to an offer on a complete file, and 24 hours to funding. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.

Do you take a percentage of my card sales?

No. Prepline Capital repays by a fixed daily or weekly ACH from your business operating account. There is no POS split, no holdback percentage, and no lockbox. You keep 100% of every sale as it settles.

Do you fund bars and nightclubs?

Yes. Bars, taverns, nightclubs, lounges, breweries, taprooms, hookah lounges, and venues doing 100% of their volume in alcohol are all approved. Most lenders decline these by SIC code. Prepline underwrites them like any other hospitality file.

What documents do I need?

A four-minute application and your three most recent months of business bank statements — four months if your business is seasonal. No tax returns under $500,000, no business plan, and no collateral for working capital.

Do I need a specific POS system?

No. Prepline Capital works with Toast, Square, Clover, Aloha, Micros, Lightspeed, SpotOn, TouchBistro, or no POS at all. Underwriting is based on bank deposits, so a cash-drawer business qualifies on the same terms.

What happens if I pay it off early?

You keep up to 30% of the remaining cost of funding. A working capital advance paid off inside the first 30, 60, or 90 days qualifies for a prepayment discount of up to 30% on the remaining balance.

What credit score do I need for restaurant funding?

None for working capital, equipment financing, or factoring. A line of credit needs 600+, a term loan 650+, and SBA 680+.

What is the minimum monthly revenue for restaurant funding?

$15,000 a month in business bank deposits, with a minimum of 6 months in business and a U.S. business bank account. Prepline Capital funds in all 50 states.

Your slow season has a date on it. Get ahead of it.
