Licensing and registration

Commercial financing is not licensed in the same way as consumer lending in most states. Where a state requires registration of a commercial financing provider or broker — including California, New York, Utah, Virginia and Georgia — Prepline Capital maintains the applicable registration and delivers the required disclosure with every offer in those states. State registration numbers are available on request at (888) 896-5559.

Responsible funding practice

• We size the payment against the slowest month in your statement window, not your average, so that the schedule survives your trough.
• We disclose the amount, the total payback, the payment and the schedule before you sign anything.
• We do not knowingly fund a merchant into a position we believe the business cannot carry.
• We prefer to re-term or consolidate a live file over adding a position on top of it. If your payment stops working, call us.
• We do not charge an application fee and we do not charge fees that are not on your contract.

Advertising and claims

Every number published on this site is a real criterion or a representative example, labeled as such. We do not publish testimonials we did not receive, funded-volume figures we cannot support, or awards we did not win. Prepline Capital is a new brand and does not claim otherwise. Factor rates are not shown on merchant-facing pages; merchant-facing math uses total payback, cost of funding, and the daily or weekly payment, which are the numbers that appear on your contract.

Data security and sensitive information

Full Social Security and Employer Identification Numbers are stored encrypted in a dedicated secrets vault, separate from application records. They are never displayed on any portal screen, never written into logs or email, and never placed into any AI or large-language-model system. Display surfaces show the last four digits only. Access is role-gated and every access event is logged.

Referral partners can see deal status, product, amount and commission-relevant fields on files they originated. They cannot see your full SSN or EIN, your bank statements, or your credit report. See the privacy policy.

TCPA, SMS and contact consent

We contact applicants by phone and, with consent, by SMS. SMS consent is never a condition of funding, STOP works on every message, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See the SMS terms.

We do not run automated marketing email sequences to merchants. If you hear from us, it is a person who has read your file.

Accessibility

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page renders completely with JavaScript disabled, every criteria table is plain HTML text, interactive controls are keyboard reachable with visible focus, and the site respects your reduced-motion and colour-scheme preferences.
